“How will I know what day to expect service?”
Depending on what package or service selected your day of service could vary. Service date will be discussed in introductory email and phone call. We do our best to stick to a 7-day weekly schedule, or 14-day biweekly schedule. If inclement weather or other circumstances arise, we’ll reach out as soon as possible to update you on your service date.
“How will I know my yard has been serviced?”
We’ll send you a text the day of service with an approximate time to expect us to arrive to your property. After service is completed we will text you a report for that weeks cleanup including pictures of cleared yard.
“What if I just want to try the service once?”
We offer a single service option for those who want a quick cleanup or aren’t sure how frequent of service they will require.
“Will you remove the dog poo from the property once scooped up?”
No, unfortunately we are not able to transport the waste that has been scooped up. A extra strength garbage bag would be used for service and placed inside garbage can on property. If no garbage receptacle is available, we will place bag in a designated location.
“I selected Weekly service but now I would like the change my package to a Bi-Weekly service”
If you are currently subscribed to a Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly package you must cancel the subscription through Stripe in order to change packages. We will be happy to pro-rate the service if changing from one package to another to ensure you get the most service and value.
“I bought this package for someone else; how will you know to service their address?”
When purchasing a package with us, we will ask for your billing address and shipping address. The shipping address used will be where the service will take place. We’ll double check on these details when we reach out via email to setup the introductory call.
